We design global strategies with local relevance, leverage data and analytics, technology and our heritage as market-leading global actuaries and global benefits advisors to help multinationals manage the costs, risks and complexity of their global rewards programs.

**We will count on you to**:
Global Consulting Role Overview
- Coordinates and manages the activity of consultants around the world. Provides client ready results and communications for review by more senior international consultants.
- Performs global retirement and benefits inventories for multinational clients, comparing against benchmarks and providing initial recommendations on changes for review by the senior international consultants.
- Supports senior international consultants on retirement design and funding, competitive benefit analysis and benefits for start-up operations.
- Contributes as a member of the consulting team in developing overall client strategy, interprets and presents benchmark data to client and ensures plan and program changes are properly implemented embody client’s strategy.
- Demonstrates project management skills and manages the quality and timeliness of deliverables and delegates to and reviews project work of more junior colleagues.
- Manages internal specialty resources ensuring client deliverables meet client’s goals and deadlines and delegates and reviews project work of more junior colleagues.
- Assists with the preparation, completion of peer review process and delivery of clear and concise client-friendly communications.
- Ensures compliance with professional standards including use of templates, client calendar, peer review, and transparency.

**What you need to have**:

- Minimum 2+ years experience consulting, industry or any other relevant domain
- Undergradurate degree (preferred)
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively, including the ability to present findings in formal and in ad-hoc situations and answer resulting questions from client stakeholders
- Works independently with mínimal supervision
- Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exhibit comfort in ambiguous situations
- Ability to maintain a proactive and positive approach to resolving client issues
