As a Lead Carpenter you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of carpenters to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Read and interpret drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Perform various skilled carpentry tasks
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Train and mentor junior carpenters

**Experience**:

- Experience carpenter with 4+ years experience in carpentry trades
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Experience in various carpentry tasks such as flooring installation, cabinet installation, roofing, masonry, tile laying,
- Proficient operating skills of all tools & equipment used in construction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
