**POSITION IS LOCATED IN BEDFORD - FULL TIME AND PART TIME POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE. DAYS, EVENING, WEEKENDS, HOLIDAY SHIFTS.**

As a Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless booking experience. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, assisting guests with reservations, and providing information about our resort services and amenities. Your goal is to maximize revenue through effective sales techniques and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide detailed information about room rates, packages, promotions, and resort amenities.
- Upsell resort services and amenities to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the reservation system.
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Stay informed about resort policies, local attractions, and current events to provide accurate information to guests.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
