**Responsibilities**:

- Successfully pass the medical administrative certification.
- Work as part of a team.
- Complete clerical work in a timely manner.
- Have knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
- Follow all HIPAA procedures.
- Do patient scheduling and phone calls.
- Manage patient referrals
- Have prior experience in medical office administration.
- Fluency in English and Hindi / Punjabi / Urdu

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $15.80-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
