**About Us**:We are a leading and rapidly expanding dental group with multiple state-of-the-art locations throughout Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. As we continue to grow and excel in the dental industry, we are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

**Role Overview**:As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be a key member of our executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dental group, ensuring seamless coordination across all locations while driving overall growth and profitability. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in shaping our business strategy and operational efficiency to meet and exceed patient expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, expansion goals, and financial targets.
- Lead and collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient operation and coordination across multiple locations.
- Implement best practices and optimize operational processes to enhance patient experience and employee satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence throughout the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for the executive team and board of directors.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
- Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in executive leadership positions, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-location businesses and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and professionals in the dental community.
- Visionary leadership with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Knowledge of dental operations, regulations, and industry trends would be an advantage.

**Salary**: $63,580.41-$125,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
