C.D Landscaping is seeking a dedicated and skilled **Landscape / Hardscape Worker** to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute various landscaping and hardscaping projects including but not limited to concrete work, fence and deck installations, excavation & grading, and stone work.
- Participate in softscaping tasks such as gardening, laying sod, hydro-seeding, and installing artificial turf.
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Work efficiently and effectively to complete projects within set timeframes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.
- **Punctuality**: You understand the importance of starting the day on time and respecting the schedule.
- **Quality-Focused**: Your work reflects a commitment to excellence and you take pride in a job well done.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in heavy manual labor roles.
- Proven experience with concrete, fences, decks, excavation & grading, hardscaping (interlock stone & natural stone), and landscaping/softscaping.
- Ability to work long hours in physically demanding conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

**Join Us**:
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
