Educate the customer by teaching them how to execute the desired look
Improve the customer experience by providing information on the latest beauty news and trends
Provide personalized after-sales service with recommendations/invitations to events that match your interests, in order to increase customer loyalty
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, peers, managers, mall/host retailer managers and all internal and external stakeholders
Treating others with dignity and respect

**Demonstrate ease of learning**Adopt and use all business initiatives, training, programs and tools to personalize the service and thus attract and retain customers
Keep abreast of beauty and fashion news and trends, and endorsements of products/brands by celebrities (beauty bloggers and vloggers, brands' e-commerce sites) to create a seamless consumer journey across all channels and share these ideas with the team

**QualificationsQualifications**:Completed high school
College diploma an asset
Cosmetic experience an asset
Able to work in a fast-paced environment including weekends and evenings
Professional demeanor and ability to be flexible and manage change in a positive manner
