We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to join our team.

The role will work seamlessly and collaboratively with the Director and Operations Support Specialist, the Clinic Practice Managers and the internal shared services Team in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of our veterinary practices. This role is critical in ensuring that our practices run smoothly and efficiently, providing the best possible care for our animal patients while maintaining excellent standards of service.

**Responsibilities **will include but not be limited to:

- Manage day-to-day operations to meet business goals
- Ensure clinics and staff operate according to established guidelines and best practices to ensure the highest standards of veterinary care and practice management.
- Provide coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff
- Assist with policies and protocols to ensure practice compliance with veterinary medical standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to implement improvements
- Coordinate with different teams to optimize operations

**Qualifications**:

- 5 + years of experience in veterinary practice operations or a related support role.
- Experience in operations management and familiarity with the best practices and standards applicable to veterinary medical procedures.
- Strong management, teaching and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in vendor and relationship management
- Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for details and process optimization.
- Ability to collaborate and work to deadlines to meet the practice’s operational goals.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and a solid understanding of KPIs
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of animal care and client service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
