**Omnicommerce Analytics & Customer Manager**

**Locations Considered**: Any NA Hub (Newark, Bentonville, Cincinnati, Chicago, Franklin, Minneapolis, Bolton)

The OMNI Analytics & Customer Manager has shared responsibility providing OMNI KPI and analytic support to Brick & Click Sales Teams, joint responsibility for managing the Amazon business, and finally developing and managing new market entrants within PurePlay. This includes annual NSV as well as strategic targets (within an assigned budget) and driving the growth of the assigned accounts, in line with the agreed company strategy.

The position is multi-faceted, requiring an effective balance of sales, demand planning, customer experience, financial acumen, and customer and digital experience to build and enhance BEN’S ORIGINAL and SEEDS OF CHANGE brands within the E-Commerce channel.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ Sales/Category/Omnicommerce experience
- CPG Experience preferred
- Familiar with the requirements of successfully managing content and search as part of overall dCommerce strategy.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to pull insights, present findings clearly, and drive action based on data.

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- OMNI support for brick & click teams providing proper tools, resources, insights, and training for developing OMNI business across Partner and Scale customers.
- Implement, measure, and monitor the performance of each account plan (sales, trade & shopper funds, digital shelf targets, invoice issues and payments, budget, supply service levels etc.) taking decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with plan.
- Support and implement recommendations for account development
- Shared responsibility for the Amazon account P&L and implementation of the activity plan, including but not limited to managing online sales plans and execution, trade & deduction management, coordination of digital marketing campaigns, and best-in-class product presentation with the OMNI Content Manager.
- Developing and managing new market entrants within PurePlay, including sales plans and execution, trade & deduction management, and best-in-class product presentation with the OMNI Content Manager
- Shared responsibility to manage category basics, define and implement clear digital business and category development strategies for the account, including planning & review meetings
- Ensure agreements are implemented and optimized as well as contribute to the development of corporate sales and marketing programs designed to meet or exceed sales volume objectives for Amazon and other assigned PurePlay accounts.
- Cultivate a strong working relationship with Marketing team to ensure OMNI efforts align with overall sales and marketing goals.
