**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction shop
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
- Manage the inventory of tools, materials, and equipment
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by all employees
- Train and supervise staff
- Communicate regularly with other members of the construction team to ensure that projects are progressing as planned
- Maintain accurate records of all projects and equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Lasalle, QC H8N 1V1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
