What you'll be doing

As a Group Product Manager in our Open Banking department, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading strategic initiatives, and overseeing execution within the realm of Open Banking. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive innovation and enhance our position in the market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and execution of the MVP for Open Banking, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market demands.- Working closely with LOBs to establish and execute strategies for maximizing profitability and competitiveness in the Open Banking landscape.- Monitoring key performance metrics and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and consensus on Open Banking initiatives.- Providing leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
