**As a health and wellness organization, the First Nations Health Authority has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. **Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborates with Business teams to elicit and capture requirements (functional and non-functional) using Business Requirements Document (BRD) process.
- Leads complex workflow analysis design sessions and documents outputs according to industry standards and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Occupational Certification**
- Appropriate certifications and other professional development/continuing education relevant to the role preferred (e.g., CBAP, CPHR Designation, Payroll Compliance Practitioner, Certified Payroll Manager).
- Change Management Certification preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Version 3.0 Certification preferred.

**Experience**
- 5-7 years’ experience with accounting systems, processes, and analysis in a large/complex environment.
- 5-7 years' experience of Business Analysis in enterprise-scale projects with a solid understanding of the underlying technical architecture.
- Minimum of five (5) years of BC / Canadian healthcare project experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficient with SQL programming languages including two or more years’ experience creating queries.
- Proficient with PeopleSoft Reporting Tools: BI Publisher, PS Query, Pivot Grid, NVision, SQR, Process Scheduler.
- Proficient with People Tools version 8.58 and higher.
- Proficient with PeopleSoft Integration Tools: Integration Broker, Component Interface, Approval Framework.
- Proven record of accomplishment working with Tableau and the MS SQL suite.

**Knowledge, Skills & Attributes**:
**Knowledge**
- Specific knowledge of IIBA - BABOK guide and standards.
- Solid working knowledge of the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Solid working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Solid working knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and 2016.

- Ability to work within design teams and mentor colleagues.
- Strong analytical, research, writing and communication skills.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of key issues and opportunities for BC First Nations health and wellness.
