First Truck is looking for the TOP SHOP FOREMAN in the industry who are ready to build a long-term career working on all OEM Heavy Duty Trucks, Trailers and Motorhomes. **Primary Job Functions**
- Directly supervise technicians in the performance of all their duties
- Assign Technicians to jobs based on skill levels and training certifications
- Assist in repair order process
- Road tests
- Perform quality assurance activities, including:

- Quality assurance inspections
- Checks of job progress and quality
- Training Technicians in quality assurance
- Supervise the maintenance/use of tools and shop equipment with an emphasis on safety

**Qualifications**
- Strong aptitude for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Commercial Transport (Truck and Transport Mechanic) Journeyman Certificate (or Red Seal)
- Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
- Ability to work in a physical capacity, including heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift
- Must have own tools (required tool list will be provided)
- Class 5 driver's license
- Class 1, Class 3, and MVI Certifications are a bonus
