**What We Are Looking For**:
We're seeking a Warehouse Generalist to join our Operations team at Kinetics, responsible for supporting production activities. As a crucial team member, you'll maintain shipping/receiving, inventory, and warehousing operations, ensuring smooth production. We seek someone with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, a proactive work ethic, and exceptional communication skills.

**The Role**:
The Warehouse Generalist, as a part of our Operations team, focuses on supporting production activities. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our shipping/receiving, inventory, and warehousing operations, which are integral to the development and production of our heavy-duty drive and control solutions. Additionally, this role provides assistance to other departments including Testing, Service, Sales, Engineering, and Facilities, as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Kinetics is seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience and Trades Training Levels 1 and 2, preferably in parts technician or similar roles. Join our team and demonstrate your expertise with certifications in TDG, overhead crane, and forklift operations. Effective communication and strong physical ability, including lifting up to 25 kg (55 lbs), are essential for success at Kinetics.
