**Position Summary**

Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Out-Patient Scheduling/Booking Clerk to support the NH Oncology Program department.
- In accordance with the vision and values of the organization, this position performs a variety of clerical duties such as scheduling and booking out-patient appointments, receptionist functions, data entry, filing, typing, requisitioning supplies, and other related clerical duties.**Chetwynd General Hospital **is a five acute care bed hospital, with seven long-term beds. Services include emergency, medical inpatient, palliative care, primary care nursing, home support and respiratory therapy.**Chetwynd **is located in the foothills of the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains with a population of 3100. **Qualifications**
- Grade 12 plus two years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
