**OVERVIEW OF THE WORK**:

- Being responsible of the onboarding process of new employees, which include the planning of the integration process, completing paperwork and collaborate with the management team to ensure the employees are welcomed and trained in the best possible way;
- Participate and assist to organize recruitment and HR events such as job fairs to find the best talents;
- Advise and support management in their various issues (disciplinary management, management of absence and working conditions) while providing administrative support for various files.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources or another related field;
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- You have a strong interest in recruitment;
- You are a committed person and have the well-being of people at heart;
- You are rigorous and you know how to manage your priorities;
- You have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion;
- You have experience in Office 365, Powerpoint, etc.;
- You have knowledge of written and spoken French (an asset).
