- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dispatch department
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in the dispatch process
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands
- Utilize various software systems, for data entry and tracking purposes
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and carriers to address any issues or concerns
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes within a supply chain environment

**Salary**: $46,886.00-$53,182.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
