**Project Coordinator**

**Skwlax Resource Management Ltd. **is currently seeking a fixed-term **Project Coordinator** based out of our offices in **Chase, British Columbia.**

**Key Job Duties**:

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set time frames
- Assist tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Assist in preparing budgets
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Liaise with Project Administrator to oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with project manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in Post-Secondary training pertaining to construction background
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
- Previous experience working with First Nations an asset.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid organization skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Planner and Projects
- Ability to maintain Company integrity through confidentiality and discretion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3.5 months

**Salary**: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
