Montessori Toddler Guide

We are currently in search of a positive and qualified experienced Montessori Toddler Guide.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Education in Special Education and/or Master’s in Special Education is a must. Post-Graduate work in Special Education is an asset.
Knowledge of (and min. 2 ½ years work experience in) Montessori Pedagogy and Special Education is a must.
Standard First Aid, Level C is a must.
Minimum 2 1/2 years experience working with children in a CCMA Accredited Toddler Montessori Community Environment in Canada is a must.
Dedicated to the Montessori Method as set out by Dr. Maria Montessori.
Positive, happy, inclusive and helpful in nature.
Is a proficient, clear communicator with parents, students & colleagues.
Understands and exhibits professionalism and good work ethic.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Enjoys collaborative work and is a team player.
Knowledge of the CCEYA is a bonus.
This position is full time and the school period is 11 months, September to July (inclusive). Individual salary is dependent upon education and experience. The school offers flexible benefits.
