How you’ll contribute
As our Scaffold Administrator, you’ll be in a key role providing administrative support in the Scaffold Division through:
- Accurately completing all paperwork and administration relating to scaffold equipment rentals, including the creation of work orders, rental and re-rental orders, reports, pick up tickets, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Assisting with dispatching, scheduling, and routing of equipment delivery trucks.
- Ordering required equipment, parts, and scaffold products as required.
- Ensuring all scaffold equipment documents are “rental ready “prior to dispatch.
- Maintaining all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management computer system.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety initiatives, implementing safety precautions, and always fostering a safety-focused environment.
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing all required PPE.
- Completing other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum High School Diploma. Post Secondary education is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the equipment rental, construction, scaffolding, or similar industry
- MS Office Suite experience and advanced computer literacy
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
- Flexible and able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
