**Denford Construction Management **has a great opportunity for a **Skilled Labourer/Carpenter Apprentice.** The skilled labourer/carpenter apprentice provides support to a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.

The skilled labourer/carpenter apprentice will perform a variety of skilled labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor. They will assist with site clean up and site organization as well as measuring, cutting and joining wood materials. The skilled labourer will ensure that they follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

**Schedule**:
This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. There are also opportunities for overtime.

**Pay**:
Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with the range extending to $30.00 per hour. Wage will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of skilled labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various equipment and structures
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain site cleanliness and site organization

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Carpentry skills with 1-3 years of experience would be an asset
- Experience in structural framing
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- First aid certification would be an asset
- WHMIS certification would be an asset

**Job Summary**:
**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
