We offer **competitive hourly rates** ranging from **$22.00 to $35.00 per hour** with **full-time hours** available.

**Open Positions**:
**Installer**: We are seeking an individual who takes pride in their work and is meticulous in their approach. As an Installer, you will play a key role in delivering the final product to our clients by installing high-quality rubber coatings on a variety of surfaces. **Training is provided** to ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed in this role. **Hourly rate**: $25.00 - $35.00. There’s room to advance from an installer to managing your own projects as you gain experience and grow within the company.

**Preparation**: This role is vital to the success of our projects. As part of the preparation team, you will be responsible for prepping surfaces by removing old coatings (paint, epoxy, stains) using grinding or pressure washing techniques. **Training is provided** for proper preparation techniques and equipment use. **Hourly rate**: $25.00 - $32.00.

**Overnight Truck Loader**: In this role, you will be responsible for unloading trucks from the previous day’s installs and ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly stored. You will also load the truck with the necessary materials and equipment for the next day’s jobs, keeping track of the stock loaded and unloaded each day. This role is essential for maintaining a smooth workflow. **Training is provided** for proper equipment use. **Hourly rate**: $22.00 - $28.00.

**Additional Details**:

- Work locations: You’ll meet on-site at **7:30 AM** or at our shop in **Nepean (Bells Corners, off Moodie Drive)** for **6:30 AM** start time.
- This is an **outdoor role** most days, so be prepared for physical work in varying weather conditions.
- **Training** is provided for Installers and Overnight Truck Loaders to ensure proper techniques and safety standards are met.
- A **valid driver’s license** and experience with driving a truck and trailer is a plus.
