Commercial Contract Admin Specialist

We are seeking a **Commercial Contract Admin Specialist** to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to all of our commercial account clients' business needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare new maintenance proposals; create checklists for approved proposals.
- Liaise with property management and contract clients; book service calls, follow ups, assess issues, ensure effective communication and that all needs are taken care of.
- Booking maintenance and service calls; invoicing for contract customers
- Preparing maintenance reports
- Maintain client files
- Networking; building strong customer relationships
**Qualifications**:
- Excel in customer service
- Knowledge of Mac/Apple
- Understanding of HVAC terminology (an asset)
- Knowledge of Google Apps; Google Drive/Gmail/Keep etc.
- Computer savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Organization skills
- 5+ years in an office environment

Your personality is courteous, approachable, friendly & professional, as you would be the primary point of contact representing SIM Ltd. for our Commercial Contract Customers. You are dependable, reliable, ambitious and have a strong work ethic.
**HOURS**: Permanent, Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hour workday.
**HARD SKILLS**: Knowledge of Mac/Apple, understanding of HVAC terms & equipment, Jobber, Google Apps, Gmail, Typing Speed 55+ words/min, administrative functions, Customer Service
**SOFT SKILLS**: Detail-oriented, Organized, Friendly, reliable, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, dependable, able to work independently
