**Job Summary**:
ERCO Worldwide is looking for an Assistant Treasurer to join our Toronto Treasury team Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning, Treasury & Enterprise Risk Management, this position will support in setting objectives, strategies and goals for the department and will either conduct the supporting work or will provide oversight to the Treasury Analyst to complete this work. This position will be exposed to ERCOs, lenders, operating divisions, and senior management. The primary focus will be on such items as cash management, managing foreign exchange and interest rate risk, managing the credit facility, and conducting corporate finance work as required.

Major

**Responsibilities**:
**Cash Management and Borrowing**:

- Forecasting/management of cash flows, borrowings, cash balances, and payments Administer online banking access and maintenance of user permissions
- Provide management support to the Treasury Analyst

**Managing Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Risk**:

- Monitor the Corporation’s foreign currency holdings and daily funding requirements
- Execute and manage foreign currency transactions

**Credit Facility**:

- Develop general knowledge of credit facility and its impact on cash management and borrowings
- Assist with preparing quarterly and annual credit compliance packages
- Develop good working relationship with banking syndicate

**Corporate Finance**:

- Provide assistance with any ad hoc request (i.e. planning/leverage model, scenario analysis, analyze financing structures, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Possessing 3-5 years of direct cash management experience
- Bachelors degree in business or commerce is required
- Strong computer and data analysis skills. Proficiency in MSOffice is a must.
- Strong Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with team players and other functions as needed
- Team Player -- Possess good interpersonal skills with ability to work well with others in a team environment
