Carpentry Intern

Carpentify360 is seeking a Carpentry Intern to join our client's team, who is passionate about carpentry and eager to gain practical experience in the field. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in carpentry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications
- Calculate the required type and amount of materials
- Create layouts using measuring tools
- Ensure layouts meet building codes
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
- Erect foundations, put up walls, and roof systems
- Lay sub-flooring and build footings and molds for concrete
- Install doors, stairs, molding, and hardware
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols and procedures

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
- Note: This intern role does not require any supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
