Overview

**Summary**

The Field Sales Leader roles works in National Grocery Retailers helping our customers keep Wonderbrands products fully stocked and available to consumers - keeping bakery section, end caps, racks and displays filled. The field sales representatives are our frontline ambassador, responsible for providing superior service and delivering Gold Standard Execution.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining and developing business relationships within assigned territory
- Merchandising shelves and make sure prices are on, shelves are clean and full
- Delivering Gold Standard Execution Protocol in alignment with Customer’s expectations
- Responsible for auditing and maintaining Planogram Compliance
- Identifying Sales opportunities and securing Incremental Displays

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license without restrictions and personal vehicle in good condition
- College or University diploma preferred or equivalent Sales or Merchandising experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience (food industry is an asset)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop partnerships quickly, internally and with the customer
- Comfortable to be working 100% of the time in the field, visiting customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High energy and motivated individuals
- Attention to Detail
