**The Opportunity**:
As a Field Production Administrator, you will be responsible for volume gathering and reporting and as well as processing payables within Open Invoice. Your attention to detail combined with strong organizational and communication skills will increase your proficiency and enable you to play a vital role within the company by bringing forth ideas towards creating efficiencies and improving processes.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Gather, enter and review monthly production data
- Review volume variance reports
- Ensure new wells are added to FDC systems
- Update metering schematics
- Ensure flared and/or vented gas volumes are accurately reported to stakeholders
- Process payables via Open Invoice
- Provide vacation coverage as required
- Maintain positive interpersonal relations with both office and field personnel

**Other Details**:

- Job location: Fairview, AB
- Shift schedule: 5x2, Monday to Friday
- Must reside in Fairview region
- Not eligible for company sponsored Fly-In/Fly-Out and no camp available
- Eligible for relocation to Fairview and or surrounding area

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of oil and gas administration experience
- Post-Secondary education in Accounting and/or Business Administration preferred
- CAPPA Certificate would be considered an asset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with PM Suite, Production Tracker, Protrend, Promonitor, PI, Scada
- Experience with Open Invoice & JD Edwards would be considered an asset
