Key Responsibilities include:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Communicate with our suppliers, clients, and team in a positive, helpful and proactive manner'''Experience:'''
- Related industry experience (insurance and/or investment) would be preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CRM software or other customer management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
