We are seeking a part time Key Holder At Boathouse we believe that a job should be challenging and rewarding

The Key holder is responsible for maintaining store standards and delivering a positive customer experience. The Key-holder will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (ex housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.). Must be able to coach a team to success and have great leadership skills. You need to be results driven, have a sense of urgency and be able to multi task.

You must greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business like greeting. Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude.Provides quality service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers in a timely manner and maintains cash wrap cleanliness. Provides efficient service at the cash wrap.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanata, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)
- Key Holder: 1 year (required)
