**Overview**
The Account Manager, Paid Social is responsible for developing the paid social media approach and executing these tactics via multiple social channels.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a client’s paid social initiatives. This includes developing strategy and managing the execution of paid social campaigns based on the client’s business objectives.
**Your Impact**
- Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Create, manage and execute strategic paid social plans that meet client’s goals.
- Define a campaign strategy and deliverables plan that exceeds client expectations.
- Create, present and gain client approval on campaign strategies and tactics.
- Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes.
- Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with clients.
- Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment.
- Cross-functional campaign development with internal biddable teams as well as sister media agencies
- Maintain positive client relationships, expectations and communications with the assistance of internal resources
- Build on an existing level of paid social media expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in paid social, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements to accounts
- Aid in creation of new business presentations, POVs, best practices and key process documentation
**Your Qualifications**
- Hands on experience planning and executing paid social campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of paid-social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, Linkedin, Pinterest)
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Minimum of 3-4 years of paid social experience
- Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients in a fast-paced environment
- High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Technical and analytical mindset
- Knowledge or experience in Paid Search is an asset

**Aperçu**
Le ou la Superviseur.e, plateformes numériques - Médias sociaux est responsable d’élaborer les approches stratégiques en matière de médias sociaux payants et d’exécuter ces tactiques sur plusieurs plateformes sociales.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne des initiatives de médias sociaux payants pour les clients. Cela inclut le développement de la stratégie ainsi que la gestion de l’exécution des campagnes, en fonction des objectifs d’affaires du client.
**Vos**responsabilités**
- Gérer les campagnes de médias sociaux payants (Facebook, X (anciennement Twitter), Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Créer, gérer et exécuter des plans stratégiques de médias sociaux payants alignés sur les objectifs du client
- Définir une stratégie de campagne et un plan de livrables qui dépassent les attentes du client
- Présenter et obtenir l’approbation des clients sur les stratégies et tactiques de campagne
- Superviser et livrer les processus de gestion de compte
- Prévoir, générer et maximiser les opportunités de revenus avec les clients
- Surveiller, suivre, évaluer et optimiser la performance des campagnes afin de maximiser l’investissement des clients
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes spécialisées en médias numériques et les agences sœurs
- Entretenir des relations positives avec les clients et gérer les attentes, avec le soutien des ressources internes
- Développer et approfondir son expertise en médias sociaux payants, en se bâtissant une réputation d’innovation et d’efficacité
- Assurer une veille constante des tendances de l’industrie, des évolutions en marketing numérique ainsi que des comportements des consommateurs, et proposer des recommandations d’amélioration
- Contribuer à la création de présentations pour de nouveaux mandats, de documents de bonnes pratiques et de processus clés
**Votre**profil**
- Expérience concrète dans la planification et l’exécution de campagnes de médias sociaux payants
- Connaissance approfondie des plateformes sociales payantes (Facebook, X, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Grand souci du détail et excellente gestion du temps
- Minimum de 3 à 4 ans d’expérience en médias sociaux payants
- Capacité à interagir de manièr
