Position: Subcontractor

Contract Type: Flexible, with opportunities for seasonal and project-based contracts

Experience Required: 8 - 10 years of relevant experience preferred

Location: Projects mainly in the Metro Vancouver area

**Requirements**:
Valid WorkSafe BC coverage

Liability insurance in place

Ability to handle both exterior and interior jobs

Strong references from past clients or projects

Possession of a legal Canadian Work Permit
