**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and consistency
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, wood, or plaster
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using painting tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different painting techniques for construction and industrial projects
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Basic carpentry skills to repair or build structures as needed
- Experience in restoration projects is a plus

**Qualifications/Needs**:

- Experience in painting
- Reliable access to a vehicle
- Healthy lifestyle
