- Listing, marketing, and showing vessels
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Maintaining a high level of service and product knowledge
- Arranging survey, sea trial, and mechanical inspections with vendor and purchaser
- History of outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Aptitude for navigating the internet for research
- Promote sales to prior clients to help generate leads
- Experience in the boating industry and/or as a recreational boater

In this role, the duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Handle walk-in and phone inquiries
- Generate and follow-up on sales leads
- Acquire full knowledge of complete product line, features and accessories available for purchase
- Input and management of customer information in our CMS to ensure outstanding client care
- Responsible for managing the entire sales process and working closely with team members
- Responsible for managing vessel listing and marketing with assistance from office administrator
- Responsible for showing products in various settings including showrooms, off-site displays, shows, and on water
- Compiling and becoming familiar with each **used** vessels options and equipment
- Responsible for photography and video of listings, uploading to internet platforms
- Required to manage the client’s satisfaction and devote him/herself to exceeding the customers satisfaction
- Required to help clients through the purchasing process with assistance from general manager and office administrator
- Responsible for arranging haul-out, and mechanical inspections with marina management
- Responsible for sea trial and vessel system education with client
- Responsible for managing delivery of vessel with assistance from head office

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must have a Pleasure Craft Operating Card

Must have experience operating pleasure crafts

Basic seamanship skills would be considered an asset

Pay: $33,100.00-$122,340.08 per year
