We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and eliminating pests from residential and commercial properties. You will use a variety of methods and tools to control pest populations while ensuring the safety of our clients and the environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatments.
- Provide clients with detailed reports and recommendations for preventing future infestations.
- Maintain equipment and keep accurate records of treatments performed.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in pest control methods.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Clean criminal record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be willing to obtain a pest control license within a specified timeframe.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Starting salary of $45,000 annually, increasing to $50,000 after 3 months of probation period.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
