Game Master

**Job Title**:Escape Room Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, explain the rules of the game, and answer any questions they may have.
- Monitor and supervise the game rooms, ensuring that customers are following the rules and are safe at all times.
- Reset the puzzles after each game and ensure that the rooms are clean and ready for the next group of players.
- Troubleshoot and fix any technical issues with the game equipment, such as locks or electronic clues.
- Maintain accurate inventory of game components and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist with social media activities to attract new customers.
- Collaborate with other operators and management to continuously improve the game experience.
- More duties as assigned as needed by manager.

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, including individuals and groups.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for customers.

**Salary and Benefits**: The starting pay for this position is $15.00 per hour.
