Foreman/heavy Equipment Operator

1. Serves as crew leader in the field.

2. Safely and skillfully operates backhoe, loader, skid steer, excavator, mini ex, or other related construction equipment.

3. Works with crew when not operating equipment.

4. Performs minor service and repair to equipment.

5. Experience in storm and water servicing

6. Visually assesses digging areas to ensure that they have been blue staked prior to excavation.

7. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.

8. Knowledge in reading and understanding construction drawings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$38.00 per hour
