- Demonstrating a strong mechanical and problem-solving aptitude
- Taking proactive steps to document preventative maintenance (PMs)
- Identifying and resolving irregularities and malfunctions
- Oversee routine maintenance and ensuring workplace safety
- Showing a willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment
- Handling installations and projects from start to completion
- Valid Drivers License, Heavy Equipment Operator (Forklift, Loader, Skid steer)

- 1-2 years of welding experience
- Proficiency in electronic systems, use of computers, and various software
- Red Seal Certification as a Millwright is not required; certifications are not a requirement
