**Job Description**:
Position Responsibilities:

- Lead all training initiatives and advocate training development across various positions
- Support creating the training programs and materials
- Maintain and collect accurate data for IQS to verify training gaps
- Support in drafting SOP, OPL and other documents
- Help Conduct Job Hazard Analysis for all aspects of machine operations
- Provide training to improve 5S system and housekeeping for all equipment and production area
- Ensure proper training verification process and documentation
- Deliver training to various stakeholders via in-class, online or other means
- Maintain an accurate record for all delivered training
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Min 2 years SAP experience
- Experienced in MS Office
- Min 5 years of knowledge of production process
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
