Manufacturing Assembler

Lubecore is currently hiring Assemblers to assist in the production of our automated lubrication systems at our Campbellville location.

**Responsibilities**:

- General mechanical assembly; including the assembly of pumps, timers, electrical assemblies, fittings, valves or other automatic lubrication system components.
- Aptitude with mechanics hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, bench grinders, and belt sanders.
- Use of light air operated or hydraulic fixtures
- Conducting quality assurance tests of assemblies as part of the manufacturing process and reporting issues as they arise
- Production duties such as manual lifting and packaging
- The use of basic measurement tools such as calipers, measuring tapes, micrometers, and thermometers may be required.
- General assistance with inventory management
- Using computers to find job assignments, record job status notes, and report on job completion.
- Experience with or willingness to learn simple manual machining using a manual mill or lathe primarily for drilling or other simple machining work.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Other general manufacturing duties as required

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Mechanical inclination
- Manufacturing experience
- Basic knowledge of air, hand, and electrical tools
- Consistency with repetitive work
- Deliberate, precise and organized
- Able to work as a member of a team or individually
- Forklift operator certificate is an asset
- Ability to work independently
- Must speak and read English and have verbal and written communication skills
- Must have own transportation as location is not accessible via public transit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
