We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide general information to callers, clients, and visitors
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an office or medical office setting is preferred
