**Concierge for Toronto Condominium Corporation MTCC660 (7 Storeys)**
Toronto Condominium Corporation MTCC660 is a seven-storey building with a total of 16 suites. We are located near the intersection of Avenue Road and St. Clair in Toronto, Ontario. Amenities include an exercise room, party room, indoor pool, and saunas.
We are looking for an experienced concierge to work 32 hours per week, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience as a residential concierge and be a licensed security guard. You must have excellent customer service skills and ensure communications are positive and professional with residents and their guests, the board of directors, property management, cleaners, and trades.
**Qualifications**:
Previous concierge experience, minimum three years
Licensed security guard
Minimum high school education
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
No criminal record
Computer literate
Previous safety training helpful
Punctuality and good attendance record
No restrictions lifting heavy objects
**Duties include**:
- Be responsible for safety and security in the building
- Operate and monitor the building security system
- Take appropriate and supportive action in emergency situations
- Assist residents, guests, and trades persons
- Assist with garbage and recycling
- Deliver mail and packages to residents
- Walk around building and grounds twice daily
- Assist in scheduling amenity bookings and reservations for move ins/outs
- Work in a team environment, with excellent customer service skills
- Enforce rules and regulations of the condominium politely and without conflict
- Complete any additional specific tasks from time to time by the property manager
Job type: 32 hours, three days/week, Friday-Sunday
