**Responsibilities**
- Support ECO Canada’s Indigenous (BEAHR) training program.
- Perform technical and administrative duties in the execution of program activities.
- Research, write, edit, format, and proofread technical documents for reports, proposals, and concept papers.
- Coordinate ongoing projects and BEAHR courses within scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring high-quality standards on project deliverables.
- Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships with Indigenous Communities, businesses, academic programs, BEAHR participants
- Facilitate logístical planning and support for training, events, and promotional activities.
- Develop and update templates, procedural documents, and client-facing reports.
- Other program and project management/support, including networking and delivering presentations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in technical writing, such as reports, proposals, etc.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple competing tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Up to date with the latest Indigenous, environment, and sustainability topics.
- Fluency in French is not required but is considered an asset.

**Education and Experience**
- Graduate of a Post-Secondary Environmental Science/Studies, Economics, Indigenous Relations, Arts program, or similar.
- Experience working with Indigenous Peoples, including Indigenous programming and community engagement.
- Experience planning and executing events, training, and/or workshops (both in-person and virtual).
- Project management experience is considered an asset.

This is a **full-time position**, with a 90-day probationary period upon the start date.

ECO Canada offers the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement (minimum 3 days per week at the Calgary office and the option to work remotely for the remaining 2 days).
