(32 hours biweekly)

**WAGE RANGE**:$32.91/hr (this hourly rate includes 14% in lieu of benefits - 2023 start rate)

**MAIN DUTIES**:
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Resident Programs & Staff Education, develops implements and assesses therapeutic, recreational and physical programs to meet the needs of individual residents.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
A post-secondary diploma in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology or other related field from a community college. Current certification in both C.P.R. and Standard First Aid; Food Handler certificate; good observation and reporting skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal compassionately with the elderly, proficient computer skills. Valid Ontario driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with insurance is required.
