Summary of Position:
Greet guests, take accurate payment, answer phones. Often times, oversee the safe operation of the jump courts, laser tag and Cybersport arena while providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for our guests. A cashier’s attitude directly effects how Skytag’s Entertainment Center is perceived as a whole. Your main functions are to ensure that all guests are being greeted appropriately and company policies are being followed (i.e. all jump, laser tag and CyberSport areas are properly maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Oversee the safe operation of the jump courts, laser tag and Cybersport arena while providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for our guests. A Monitor’s attitude directly effects how Skytag’s Entertainment Center is perceived as a whole. Your main functions are to ensure that all company policies are being followed (i.e. all jump, laser tag and CyberSport areas are properly maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests entering the Centre. Accept accurate payment.

*answer telephone and provide exceptional service.
- Teach and Explain rules for each area.
- Ensure that all guests have a valid entry cards or wristbands, proper footwear and no loose jewelry.
- Coordinate clearing the courts of jumpers whose wrist bands have expired.
- Ensure that all pads, nets, springs and other safety items are installed and functioning properly.
- Ensure that all guests are following rules.
- Assist guests with any questions.
- Keep all areas clean.
- Monitor, clean and organize locker room and seating areas as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Report problems with equipment to manager on duty.
- Maintain a fully stocked backpack of first aid supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business.
- Performs his or her job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times.
- Promptly informs the Manager on Duty of any and all customer complaints or comments or discipline issues with jumpers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

- Willingness to be a Team Player and Hard Worker.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers but especially with customers.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- CPR and First Aid Certificate an asset.
- Be available on weekends
- Must be willing to come to work with a smile every day.
- Cash experience an asset.
- Must be bilingual

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Accueillir et assister les invités entrant dans le Centre.
- Enseigner et expliquer les règles pour chaque zone.
- Assurez-vous que tous les invités ont une carte d'entrée ou des bracelets valides, des chaussettes appropriées et pas de bijoux.
- Coordonner la sortie des sauteurs dont les bracelets ont expiré.
- Assurez-vous que tous les filets, trampolines et autres éléments de sécurité sont installés et fonctionnent correctement.
- Assurez-vous que tous les invités suivent les règles.
- Aider les invités pour toute question.
- Gardez toutes les zones propres.
- Nettoyer la fosse de mousse au besoin.
- Surveiller, nettoyer et organiser les vestiaires et les sièges au besoin.
