**About us**

We at All-Scope have a busy schedule and we need leaders Our small but growing team is looking for experienced painters who have worked in the construction industry, specifically high-end custom homes, delivering above average, excepetional finishes to all surfaces. Experience in paint spraying, masking, staining, and site management are all assets for this role. Through this ad, we're hoping to fill the position of site supervisor for upcoming custom home projects. This position comes with enhanced pay, and on-site leadership and organizational responsibilities. As a young company, we're building a reputation for producing high quality painting projects. Attention to detail is absolutely essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by filling holes, caulking and repairing cracks, etc.
- Pick up supplies as needed to ensure equiptment is always fully stocked
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective gear while working
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions - Maintain communication with project manager to coordinate trade schedules - Lead a team of 2-3 painters in an organized, well tempered manner - Complete a final inspection with client and any post construction touch ups

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in painting, specifically paint sprayers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications for painting projects
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
- Experience in drywall repair and construction painting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for color matching and blending

Please note that this is a full-time position with competitive pay. Transportation to and from site is essential, therefor a valid drivers license is required.

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
