**What will be your main responsibilities?**

As a **Customer Service Clerk**, you will be at the heart of our relationship with clients. Here’s an overview of your responsibilities:

- **Account Management**: Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of services provided.
- **Effective Customer Service**: Provide diligent follow-up to both internal and external clients, resolving their issues and addressing their needs.
- **Proactivity and Data Accuracy**: Anticipate client needs and ensure information accuracy.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Act proactively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- **Compliance with Standards and Regulations**: Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards in our warehouses (including safety, BRCGS, HACCP, etc.).
- **Goals and Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to achieving objectives and continuous performance improvement.
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Work closely with our multidisciplinary teams across different time zones.
- **Handling Complaints**: Manage requests in collaboration with relevant parties.
- **Reporting and Compliance**: Provide necessary data for report preparation and adhere to current standards, regulations, and corporate policies.
- **Related Tasks**: Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of our team.

**What qualifications are we looking for?**
- **Education**: Collegial or professional degree in a relevant field is an asset for this position.
- **Experience**: Ideally, between two (2) and five (5) years of experience in a similar role and environment.
- **Asset**: Experience in the food industry, warehousing, and/or transportation will be considered an advantage.

**Hiring Details**:

- **Languages**: Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- **Computer Skills**: Familiarity with the MS Office suite, especially Outlook and virtual documentation. Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) would be an asset.
- **Availability**: Willingness to occasionally cover shifts in other time zones.
