Dog Groomer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Dog Groomer to join our team. As a Groomer, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to our four-legged clients and ensuring their well-being. If you have a love for animals and possess excellent grooming skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, haircuts, and nail trims for various breeds of dogs
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to pet owners' requests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and safe grooming area, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment
- Monitor the health and well-being of pets during the grooming process, reporting any concerns to the pet owner or veterinarian
- Handle pets with care and compassion, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming experience
- Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques and recommend appropriate products for at-home care

Experience
- Previous experience as a Pet Groomer or completion of a recognized grooming program is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments with patience and compassion
- Proficient in using grooming tools such as clippers, shears, brushes, and nail trimmers
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform heavy lifting when necessary
