Prepare food items that go along with current menu.
- Will be expected to know their way around all aspects of the kitchen.
- Assumes responsibility for quality of products served and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area, making sure all side duties and daily cleaning jobs are completed.
**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
