A Few Good Lads is the leading provider for on demand labour in Canada. Simply put, we supply workers to construction companies (big & small) across British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. With constant expansion and an increased demand within the industry, we are always looking for new employees to come on board.**Job Summary**:
The job will entail working in diverse settings, in various environments in order to produce steady and functional structures and products. You will have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials. All applicants must be able to abide by the strict on site health and safety rules at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with carpenters in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials to project specifications.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment efficiently on job sites.
- Assist in the preparation of work areas, including setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other necessary structures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment for a safe work environment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform various manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and digging, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably, some previous experience in concrete or carpentry.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Quick learner with the capacity to follow instructions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- experience with nail guns, saws, reading a tape measure as a minimum
