Parry Sound, Canada Community Living Parry Sound Full time

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Secondary School diploma
- Diploma or active progress toward the completion of a post-secondary diploma in the human services field
- Minimum of one year working with a special needs population with progressive and related experience
- Valid Ontario G driver's license
- Flexibility to meet changing needs of people and their families
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and awake overnight shifts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team within intensive support relationships **Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:Experience supporting adults with personal care**
- Valid First Aid/CPR Level C certification
- Valid Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification
- Access to a reliable vehicle for business use with minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance coverage
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and relative comfort with use of technology in general

**COMPENSATION + BENEFITS**:

- Rate of Pay: Starting Rate is $26.57 as per our collective agreement (Employees on Night shift will receive a $1.50/hour premium for all hours worked between 11 pm to 7 am)
